We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was nice and we even got a complimentary upgrade. The hotel has a pool and a gym, although we didn't use it. The staff were friendly and provided good service. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a great city break in the South of Thailand! The hotel was well-located, with plenty of parking spaces available. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of delicious foods and drinks. We especially enjoyed trying the local specialities and the live cooking station. The room was also spacious and clean, with good facilities and amenities.

The bathroom could have been better ventilated, as it tended to get smelly. , the air conditioning wasn't very effective and blew directly onto the desk, which was uncomfortable.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious facilities at this hotel were exceptional. The spa and wellness centre were the highlight of our stay, offering numerous treatments including full body massages and foot massages. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning, surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The garden area was well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the dinner, as there were limited options for special diet menus. However, the restaurant and bar/lounge area were impressive and offered a variety of poolside snack bar options.
